Dennis and Nick removed two pet stains we had in our brand new carpet. We've used Lillards 4-5 times over the last couple years for carpet and furniture cleaning and they are consistently professional, knowledgeable and do an excellent job. Dennis also helped us a few months ago when we moved into our house. Both Dennis and Nick do an amazing job, we appreciate their help!

Dennis is AMAZING!!! He cleaned two homes for me. We have 4 dogs and three kids (along with many kid friends) that are let's say not the cleanest. Dennis got up pee, feces, gum, makeup and many old stains! Still can't believe how dirty the carpets were. I can't thank him enough! Plan on booking carpet cleaning every 3 months for the rest of the year. THANKS LILLARD CARPET CLEANING!!!!

Highly recommend! Eron arrived on time and got straight to work upstairs. He was able to get out the tough stain my kids had left in our bonus room. Finished up with our stairs which look great. Overall very pleased!

We had an area rug cleaned by Lillard's and found the experience to be 100% positive. The owner, Steve, showed up when he said he would and returned the rug looking brand new on the day he said it would be returned. Steve and his employees were courteous and efficient - placing the area rug for us. I will definitely be calling Lillard's again for our rug cleaning needs.

Eron was the service professional who came to our house. He was on time, extremely professional, and the carpets looked great when he left. We had several stains on the carpet that I didn't think would come out. The carpet looks brand new after the cleaning. We couldn't be happier and will be not only using them again in the future but recommending them to friends in need.

We have used Steve for many - many years. Always does a great job, always on time. Would not even think about using any other service. You get what you pay for - a cheap price, will be a cheap job. Steve is fair - and you can trust that your carpets were cleaned - not just watered down and vacuumed. We recommend him to all our friends and neighbors in Mooresville.

My son decided to empty a whole tube of diaper rash cream on my carpet. We have a small carpet cleaner and I thought I'd clean it myself- save yourself the time and the money and just call Lillard's!! He came over right away and explained it needed special solvent to get these types of creams up. I spent more in my two types carpet cleaning soap then I did to have him come out. Excellent customer service and an outstanding job!
